Health and wellness are among Dunlap & Magee‘s most important objectives, coupled with a goal to continue to identify faster stronger and more efficient methods of approach for as contactless of an experience as possible. As we navigate this new normal, careful consideration will continue to go into decisions regarding manpower, expense controls and the availability of personal protective equipment.
Keeping in mind the situation surrounding COVID-19 is ever evolving, below is an outline of the required measures currently established within your new workplace. These policies have been put in place for your safety as well as others. Strict adherence to these requirements is crucial.
• Temporarily closing community amenities such as pools, spas, fitness centers, business centers and other common areas to reduce the risk of exposure and promote social distancing
• Enhancing our already rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols in all common areas
• Limiting access to our leasing and staff offices and communicating by phone and email whenever possible
• Promoting responsible personal hygiene practices
• Providing flexibility for team members to work from home whenever possible
