Compliance

Dunlap & Magee provides our clients with an extensive in-house Compliance Department. This department oversees all areas of compliance including file review and approvals, agency review support and responses, audit support, and staff training. We are also available to provide consulting services on an as needed basis. Our talented team of compliance professionals holds designations from the industry’s premier educational training facilities and maintains a consistently high standard in compliance excellence.

Our Compliance Department provides oversight for various programs which include but are not limited to the following.

  • Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC)
  • HUD Programs
  • Bond Funding
  • HOME Funding
  • RTC/FDIC Affordable Housing Disposition Program (AHDP)
  • City of Phoenix Affordable Programs
  • Public Housing

Dunlap & Magee’s Compliance Department prepares and submits all quarterly and annual reports for these programs to the various monitoring agencies as well as to our clients and their various partners. We cultivate and maintain a positive and cooperative relationship with the many monitoring agencies. These symbiotic relationships are key components in developing, maintaining and facilitating the associations necessary to further our clients’ best interests.
