Dunlap & Magee is a real estate organization specializing in property management services for apartment communities in Arizona. 

Formed in 1976, Dunlap & Magee developed and built apartment communities, both for its own account and on a contractual basis.  Consequently, management philosophies and systems were developed from the owner's perspective with the intent of meeting established investment objectives. 

In addition to management, a thorough background in construction was obtained and contacts were made and nurturerd at all levels of the industry.  This industry experience strengthened management skills through the development of cost saving techniques and access to detailed market information. 

As a natural progression, Dunlap & Magee became a fee management company in 1985, using our expertise to provide clients the benefits of both the investor's perspective and the independent trust of a fee manager.
